Command Blocks deleting letters and numbers ahead of what's currently being typed..

Today while streaming Command blocks randomly started deleting the characters ahead of what I was typing when changing coordinates. If you want to see that happing go to my Twitch.

Edit: It also happens to the chat window when trying to run a command. Restarting the Xbox fixes the problem. But I shouldn't have to restart my console to fix it. It shouldn't even happen in the first place.
