Bug CommandBlock

Theres two things i just have updated,the first thing i feel something wrong while started in main lobby,bug skin and sometimes name wrong from gamertag

And second one its fatal, while using commandblock tryn to execute at @e postioned ~~~ run its sometimes failed or didn't work even the command said succes, its can be fixed if i relog from minecraft again,its for me to fatal.
