Death message error when dying from End Crystal

When the player dies from an End Crystal, the end message reads "[Intentional Game Design]". It is possible that the game did not recognize the cause of the character's death or did not identify the End Crystal.

 

What should happen:

• "LKGabriel BR was killed by End Crystal"
