Adding banners to shields resets durability.

Currently in minecraft bedrock, if you have a shield that was used and has lowered durability, adding a banner can reset the durability to full. This behaviour was discovered on bedrock dedicated server and more.

I added a shield and an ominous banner, this for some reason maxed out the durability of the shield.
