Endermans sometimes do not play the "mob.endermen.stare" sound or when they do it is very low

When an enderman is angry with the player either because the player looked him in the eyes or hit him the "mob.endermen.stare" sound is played but recently in bedrock sometimes this sound does not play unless the player sees the enderman eyes then the sound will play but its volume will be very low
