Black out of texture in Minecraft

So while playing Minecraft I came accross some bugs which are present on BETA version i.e. 1.21.40.20 version bedrock edition. Basically the bug was blackout of texture of birch tree leafs which you might see in the attached file I uploaded. I'd like the team to fix this bug and there's another bug where my character skins are not loading expect the default Steve. I'd like the team to fix this issue before releasing the final version
