Commands that work on command block have some sort of issue

Command block work kinda awkward in beta version, e.g i wanna make a snowball that have particle (minecraft:sonic_explosion) u need to leave the world and join back then it work, just whenever u change particle Cmd u sometimes need to rejoin the game to let it work
