Can't access some MC Server on iOS in India

So, I'm India and i can't access to servers that I create on MCPE. I contacted the server teams and they advised me to use a special vpn called 1.1.1.1 . And i used it and i was successfully able to use my server. But the internet speed was too slow. So i had to contact Team Mojang and reported my issue. They advised me to reach out to bugs.mojang.com . so, I'm here to report my issue. 

moreover, i can use some servers showed in Minecraft server tab. So, I thought this has to be a bug. 

additional info: 

-> I use cellular network

-> iPhone 13 with iOS 17.6.1
