Cobweb's second and third head perspective is misplaced

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use "/replaceitem entity @s slot.armor.head 1 web".

2. Switch to second and thrid perspective.

 

Observed Results:
Cobweb's display is too big and miss placed

Expected Results:
Cobweb's display should be smaller and on top of the player's head
