Passive mobs despawn after 1.21.22

Horses, villagers, a mule and more passive mobs dispawn. This issue was in fact reported in older version like in 1.17 and then listed as resolved. I can confirm though it is NOT resolved and I still see it happening. (Damn it I LOST MY CAT MOJANG)
