When I try to load my character it won't load. It just says failed to load character 1.

When I open the game my skin is not showing. It has my profile name but the wrong skin. When I go to the dressing room and try to reload the character it says failed to load character one. I have tried restarting and reloading. I'm about to try uninstalling
