Secret layers of the igloo do not generate with stone covering it

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find an Igloo

2. Search for its layer in spectator

 

The Igloos' secret layer doesn't spawn stone to cover it

Expected Results:
The Igloos' secret layer should spawn stone to cover it.
