My health and hunger bar don't show in survival but my Xp bar is still there like normal.

I have no resource packs that modify the UI but for some reason my health and hunger do not show up in survival but the hotbar and xp bar are fine. I can't begin to imagine what has broken to cause my hp and hunger to just not show. Also in previous versions I never had this issue and the resource packs I do use have not changed since those previous versions.
