Entities such as Shulkers, Mobs, Dragon Eggs and such still continue to spawn at Y=32,767

In reply to ~~MCPE-165792~~, Bedrock 1.21.22 still has entities spawn at 32,767. One of those includes Dragon Eggs which turn into items leading to the Dragon Egg despawning.
