Quick Emote menu can be shown indefinitely

I was playing and I closed the Chat and then accidentally clicked B, then the Quick Emote menu that you get when holding B showed up, I'm not even holding B but its there, clicking the numbers will just start the emote you chose, and to remove this all you need is to click B or open a UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable screens animation
2. Open Chat, Inventory, or any Screen
3. Close the screen and then quickly click B (don't hold it, just click it)

Expected results:
Nothing happen/Emote screens appears.

Observed results:
Quick Emote menu appears.
