When I open the app, after the loading screen my screen goes pink/magenta and nothing happens

After app is opened, the screen goes completely pink/magenta. If I click where the settings button would be, sometimes I can see part of the Minecraft screen but it is vibrating and none of the buttons work. I can enter worlds but half of the screen is black and I cannot access the jump buttons.
