Torch item must manually crafted by player to be added to the recipe book.

With both a coal item and a stick in the player's inventory the player is forced to manually place the items to make a torch into both the 2x2 and 3x3 crafting grids. After the torch is created/ obtained it is added to the 'craftables' section of the inventory.
