In the dressing room none of the side buttons aka (character creator and classic skins)won't work when I click them.

In the dressing room I want to add a classic skin with the one I downloaded but whenever I try and click one of the buttons on the side aka (classic skins, character creator ect) I click them but it doesn't works. (I've tried to reset my phone and it didn't work, I tried to uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it but it didn't work) I don't know what to do.
