My XP isn't increasing on my friend's REALMS

When I evolve to lvl 1 in XP it goes back to zero resetting my XP and not evolving and I don't know if this is an option or a bug, but my Nick is XdarkdeidaraX69 and my friend and PabloLindoLindo
