Players on multiplayer world get teleported back to the starting point with no items

On my friends world I keep getting teleported to the start with out any of my things that I had on me the last time I played, when I join, this is the third time its happened  in ordinary vanilla Minecraft with no cheats  

This has happened to me both on windows bedrock version and pocket edition
