Player position can desync when using a trident enchanted with Riptide

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build the following setup:
   
2. Have another player stand in the water and launch themselves into the center of the bottom of the block:
   
3. Watch the position of the other player

Observed result:
The launcher's position desyncs for quite a bit before correcting itself.

Expected result:
The launcher's position does not desync.
