1.21.20 & 1.21.21 Skins Go Away

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with Bug Fix Update #1.21.20 that was not resolved in subsequent Bug Fix Update #1.21.21, and that is our characters' skins are resetting to random skins each time we load in. None of our chosen selections or custom-made skins survived the updates, nor do any new replacement skins survive to the next session. The attached pictures show three different skin assignments from three separate load-ins, moments apart.
