Health Bar does not fill up completely.

Whenever you take damage, eating foods heals you up. If you fill your hunger bar, the health bar should fill up completely . However, half of a heart always remains. This happened in my solo survival world.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Take Damage / Run around to gain hunger
2. Fill your Hunger Bar
3. Wait for the healing to occur.

Expected Result: All the hearts fill up, when the hunger bar is full.

Observed Result: Half a heart of the health bar does not fill up.
