Bow/Crossbow/Trident name dosn't show up on a death message

Bow/Crossbow/Trident Names dosn't show up in chat upon a players death to those items!

e.g. Lets say my Bow is named "Fanny" but when I kill a player (lets say they're called "John") It'll say "John was shot by Duckso_YT" But if we used a trident it'll say "John was impaled by Duckso_YT" but the death message should say "John was shot by Duckso_YT using [Fanny]" or "John was impaled by Duckso_YT using [Fanny]"!
