Water block not being placed where it's supposed to

When I want to put down water and point to a specific spot on the screen, the water goes in the general vicinity of where I pointed, but not in the exact spot that I touched on the screen.

Expected: I touch the screen and the water block is placed exactly where I touch.

What happens: The water goes near where I touch (sometimes destroying something nearby that I've built)

Reproduce: Grab some water, touch the part of screen where you want to put it. Water goes to a place near where your touch.
