Black texture for semi-transparent blocks

Semi-transparent blocks are shown with a full black texture when both spawned naturally and when placed by a player.

Blocks affected:

• All forms of glass and glass panes (including tinted glass)
• Ice
• Water, in cauldrons and when placed. When flowing, they have an unusual texture that is incorrect but is not fully blacked out.
