Issues With Texture Packs

Before and after the 1.21.21 update, I have noticed an issue regarding texture packs not loading when opening or creating a single player world (even if the settings say it is activated). Which, while it's a minor issue, it's not the best feeling when you've bought the texture pack.

Update: it's 50/50 whether the texture pack works. Once I can get a .gif or screenshots, I'll upload them. I'd also like to clarify that closing Minecraft and reopening doesn't always resolve the issue, nor does exiting the world or creating a new one.

Update 2: So, after 6 hours, the issue seemed to resolved itself since it's not happened since. I suppose the issue was the market place not loading properly, and I was paranoid since I've been having minor issues regarding Realms and properly signing in through X-box. Thanks for reading.
