My realms are no longer loading

I really don't want to post here but support page is not helping. 

 

I can no longer Join my realm. I can't manage it despite the subscription being active. Paypal was billed at the Begining of august. Every attemtp to try and connect fails. 

 

Realms page shows a network error. Despite having Internet access.

 

Trying to open the Web gui to mange the relm shows nothing.
