You can put inventory locked items into pots

Items that are locked in your inventory (obtainable by commands) can still be put into the new decorated pots. I tested this on both lock in inventory and lock in slot items and it does this for both. (I sped up portions of me typing so that's why the mobs move fast in the background haha.)
