Jurassic world map crashing

Downloaded the Jurassic world map on the Minecraft marketplace for my kiddo. It crashes after juSt a few seconds in the world. This has been incredibly frustrating but I'm unable to figure out what we're doing wrong. He is playing connected to my husband's Microsoft account on his Kindle fire. What are we doing wrong? It boots him completely out of Minecraft when the crash happens
