Problems with realms!!!!!

Since they updated or whatever they did to the game, it won't let me into my realms, and that also happens on all the platforms I play on, xbox series x and android, it tells me that I'm not the owner of realms but I have an automatic 10-player subscription. Please fix my problem, that to charge for the subscription, they want the payment on time.
