Could not connect to realms

I paid for Minecraft realms on Java and me and my friends have been playing on Xbox now it says that it can't load  Minecraft realms I paid for realms this is my first month and I haven't been able to use it for 4 days

What I what I expected to happen with to pay for something and actually be able to use it

What actually happened was.

What actually happened was I paid for realms and haven't been able to use it for 5 days the last 5 days of my subscription

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Load Minecraft
3. Select play 

No realms
