Can't join friends on Playstation multiplayer

Last week ago on the week of August 9 and 10th 2024, multiplayer was working to play with your Playstation friends, but the next week of August, it's stop working and I can't join friends on their world while the multiplayer is still on and I even tried to close game but it still not working. I even have ps plus and Microsoft account so I don't know what's going on if it's the glitch in the system or what?
