New water splash sounds are too quiet

When you throw items to the water, or jumping into the water, it makes the new splash sound, however, the sound compared to the submerging and resurfacing from water sound is too quiet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the nearest body of water.
2. Make a splash sound by either throwing items or jump into the water.

Expected Result
The new splash sounds are audible and loud enough.

Heard Result
The new splash sounds are too quiet.
