my realms are missing the place they should be is blank

my realms are missing the place they should be is blank. but the same amount of space is being taken up like there still there, also I can no longer create realms anymore. all of the things related to realms is an empty gray box or has the missing texter, texter on it. it's been acting wired for a few days before this, but I was starting to get worried because it wasn't resolving itself like most of technical problems tend to.
