obtaining Charcoal does not unlock Torch recipe

1. start a new world
2. obtain wood
3. obtain cobblestone
4. craft a furnace
5. add wood to furnace to create Charcoal
6. remove Charcoal from furnace
7. go to craft a torch via recipe book
8. observe the lack of option to craft a torch

expect: recipe for Torch to pop up in toast as well as in recipe book when obtaining Charcoal for the first time

(torch can be crafted via placing the items in the crafting grid, torch just doesn't appear in the recipe book)
