I cant sign in with my nintendo account so i basically cant play singleplayer or multiplayer, and switching to local doesnt work

so around a week ago i started up minecraft and all worked fine, until i wanted to go into a realm with a friend. my nintendo account couldnt sign in so my microsoft account obviously also didnt work. So i tried singleplayer, also no luck there. so i decided to go to local mode so i could finally play. But NO, the time it took to go to local mode was about 1hr 15m so i didnt want to play anymore. i have checked nothing is wrong with my settings or wifi router. please fix this because this is ACTUALLY unplayable.
