Health bar stuck at 9.5 hearts

Since my last session on Aug. 14, 2024, my character's health bar is stuck at nine and a half hearts. The hunger bar is full and I've sustained more damage since that's healed normally. Logging off, closing Minecraft, and restarting my PC have not resolved the issue. I first noticed the issue while exploring a trial chamber with the trial omen effect active.

This is occurring on a single-player world.
