Realm doesnt load

First realm isnt seen i cant do a realm. after waiting a time the realm pop up but we cant join him even the host cant do it. But mine Minecraft launcher says that the realm service is starting up and i can join the realm but it didnt work. (Not mine realm but i cant do one so my problem too)
