Health doesn't heal all the way up to 10 hearts after eating

After eating food, the health doesn't heal all the way up to 10 hearts. Instead it heals only 9.5 only.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get some damage.
2. Eat food.

Health heals to 10 hearts after drinking a potion of Instant Health II
