Realms not working whatsoever

Been trying for two hours now, my two realms briefly popped up but never loaded. Now it’s just gone back to a blank grey box wherever the realms are supposed to be. 

I just started paying for realms again a couple of days ago only to be reminded of why I stopped. No direct communication, no honest updates, on a service I pay for. I have very limited playtime as a working parent, and it looks like I won’t be enjoying this at all today.
