Air bubbles are not aligned with hunger bar in HUD

The air bubbles that appear above the hotbar are misaligned by one pixel. This is because the offset in the hud_screen.json file is 179 instead of 180.

This issue affects the vanilla resources and all texture packs. The Halloween Mash-up was used to demonstrate because the misalignment is more noticeable with full-width bubble textures.

Expected Result

Bubbles are aligned perfectly above the hunger bar.

Observed Result

Bubbles are one pixel to the left of their intended position.
