Pressing fly up and fly down in quick succession causes player to stop flying in the D-Pad control scheme

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the "D-Pad & tap to interact" control scheme;
2. Be in creative mode and enter fly mode;
3. Tap fly up and fly down in quick succession (or vice versa).

Observed Results:
The player stops flying.

Expected Results:
The player only stops flying if the same button is pressed twice.

Notes: This can make it difficult to crouch while flying, which is needed for certain buildings.
