sometimes no vibration when breaking a block

Google Pixel 8 Pro, h/w version MP1.0

I found no clear pattern, except that it occurs maybe 5 percent of the time.

Vibrate When Breaking Blocks is Yes. Vibrate When Splitting Items is Yes.

Also affected the 1.21.2 hotfix. Before the 1.21.2 hotfix I do not remember having the problem.
