Thumbstick decenters a lot if you're using custom settings

Every time I play on Minecraft, every once in a while on random intervals the thumbstick will decenter and I have to go back into settings and fix it, and then it will constantly happen every 5-10 minutes after playing.

 

It usually happens right after my screen false rotates and goes black for .5 seconds
