issues joining friends with addons/resource packs freezing and crashes occour when downloading the world packs installed

The issue of having to deal with addons not downloading and freezing during the downloading process is annoying and has been an issue ive dealt with for a couple months now even when its only 2 to 3 small addons idk why its freezing regardless of restarting or retrying the download idk what the issue is i do have 20 plus addons and resource packs installed but its only 75mbs of content which for modern times is super miniscule i do not have a photo to show at this time the issue only occurs when joining friends or them joining me when one of us has alot of addons installed
