Achievements Are Not Unlocking on Minecraft Windows (TOLD BY SUPPORT TO FILE BUG REPORT)

Achievements are not unlocking for me on Minecraft Bedrock for Windows. Please advise. I have tried these fixes:
-Starting New Worlds
