Achievements Are Not Unlocking on Minecraft Windows (TOLD BY SUPPORT TO FILE BUG REPORT)

On multiple worlds, I have been unable to unlock achievements. I have tried going to Services and changing Connected User Experiences. I have been trying the "scaffolding to world limit" achievement as a test on new worlds. Does anyone have a fix?
