I can't get the Player Cloak in the BCS Event even though I do the tasks.

Yes, this error I have been getting for 6 days has not been fixed yet. Even though I did all the quests, I don't have the Minecraft BCS 15th ANNIVERSARY CLOAK. The events that took place are as follows:

I completed all the tasks in the game and recorded a video from the Obs application to complete the last remaining Daily Puzzle.

As you can see in the video, I finished the last daily puzzle.

And when I saw the King's crown, I took a Screenshot from the "PrtSc" button of my computer.

Then he threw me out of the game and did not give me my cloak, although I took the King's crown.
