"Go to storage settings" buttons in the Screenshot Gallery screens are still present when the storage tab in settings is unavailable

You can still click the "Go to storage settings" buttons in the screenshot gallery screens when the storage tab in settings is unavailable.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Screenshot Gallery screen whilst not in a world
2. Click the three dots or manage a screenshot
3. Click the "Go to storage settings" button
4. Observe how the game takes you to the storage settings tab in settings
5. Go to the Screenshot Gallery screen again but within a world
6. Click the three dots or manage a screenshot
7. Observe how clicking the "Go to storage settings" button no longer works

Observed results:

The go to storage settings button still appears when storage settings is unavailable.

Expected results:

The go to storage settings button should not appear when storage settings is unavailable.
